Unfortunately, plants cannot be returned because they are living products and the risk of loss after multiple shipments is too high. Have you ordered something else and is the item not quite what you want? Then you can return this product within 30 days of receipt.
Plant not arrived properly?
Unfortunately, it may happen that your plant has not survived the transport from us to you, even though your plant has not been in transit for too long. In that case, we would like to offer you a free replacement, so that you still receive a live copy. Please contact us within 12 hours of receipt contact@theraregreen.com, and include a photo of your plant in unopened product packaging (usually a clear sealed bag).
Did it take too long to receive your order compared to the stated delivery date, for example because you were not at home and you can only pick up your package at a collection point after two days? Then unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement.
Occasionally something may go wrong during transport, in which case please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer a suitable solution.
Returns
Follow the steps below to send your return correctly:
1. Contact us to inform us of your return and we will send you a returns document.
2. Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging and add the return document. This way we know upon arrival that the return comes from you.
3. Take your package to a shipping point of your choice
Return conditions
– Returns can only be made within the stated return period of 30 days
– The return costs incurred are for your own account
– The risk of shipping is at your own expense
– Please return the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly
– Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount within 3 working days via the previously used payment method.
– Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. Please note that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund
– Is your order incorrect? We will of course solve this for you as quickly as possible! Contact us at contact@theraregreen.com and state your name, order number and the products involved. Then we can help you as quickly as possible and solve it for you!
Exchange
It is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different variant? Then you can place a new order. Have you used a discount code and does this code no longer work? Then unfortunately you can no longer use this.
Refunds
If there is a refund, we will process it within 3 working days.
