Rarity ⭐️⭐️⭐️ With the Alocasia Bambino Albo you acquire a plant that is increasingly available online worldwide, but you will generally not find in a garden centre. Care When you have fully acclimatized your plant and it is time to repot it into your substrate of choice, it likes an airy, well-drained substrate. This provides the roots with sufficient oxygen, helping the plant to continue to grow into a large, strong plant. Your plant will also appreciate semi-hydroponic substrates such as hydro granules and pon. If you prefer (coco) potting soil, we recommend additives such as perlite, orchid bark and coconut husk, so that there is sufficient air in your mix. The Alocasia Bambino Albo is beautiful to look at, but it is generally harder to care for. After your plant is completely acclimated it's satisfied with bright indirect light, in which it shows the deepest colors. This can also be achieved with a growth light, which will provide it with sufficient light all year round. It needs moderate water, it is often advised to frequently give it a little amount of water. She does not like to have wet feet, and is very susceptible to root rot. Allow the top layer of soil to dry before watering again, and avoid direct bright sunlight to avoid burning the leaves. Wij verzenden vanuit Nederland, zodat je bestelling altijd snel bij je is! Om ervoor te zorgen dat je favoriete nieuwe plant veilig aankomt versturen we niet later in de week dan dinsdag (woensdag voor NL/BE), zodat je plant het weekend niet in transport hoeft door te brengen.
We verpakken je bestelling uiteraard zo goed mogelijk, en maken sowieso altijd gebruik van isolerende noppenfolie om je plant comfortabel te houden. Wanneer het koud is voegen we ook gratis een heatpack aan je bestelling toe, of stellen we de verzending eventjes uit tot het weer iets warmer is.
Het fijne van tissue culture planten is dat je vrijwel altijd van variegata verzekerd bent, omdat je plant een gekloond is uit een moederplant met goede variegata. Door de aard van variegata verschilt de bladtekening van blad tot blad, van plant tot plant. Omdat de plant voldoende van zijn normale bladkleur nodig heeft om energie uit daglicht te halen is het daarom ook helemaal niet erg als je nieuwe blad er soms eentje is met weinig of helemaal zonder variegata. Daardoor waardeer je de variegata op je andere bladeren juist alleen maar meer!
Goed om te weten is wel dat variegata in planten in de basis instabiel is omdat het een genetisch foutje is, en de mogelijkheid daarom altijd bestaat dat je plant uiteindelijk revert en geen variegata meer geeft.
Omdat tissue culture planten maar beperkte tijd kunnen overleven in de gel waarin ze verzonden worden, moeten we helaas keuzes maken in welke producten we wel of niet fysiek op voorraad hebben. Als je een product besteld waarbij staat aangegeven dat het om een pre-order gaat, houdt dit in dat we de door jou bestelde plant speciaal voor jou mee bestellen met onze eerstvolgende voorraad bestelling. Als je geluk hebt houdt dit in dat je net op tijd bent om mee te gaan met de volgende bestelronde, maar in de meeste gevallen zal het 4-8 weken duren voordat we je product kunnen leveren. Je kunt pre-orders altijd annuleren zolang we je product nog niet definitief besteld hebben, wanneer je wilt annuleren terwijl een product al definitief besteld is voor je rekenen wij 50% annuleringskosten.
