We always try to ship your order as quickly as possible, because we ourselves can never wait to receive new plants! To ensure that your order arrives safely without having to spent too much time in transit we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

Please note: we do not ship when it is freezing or too cold, to prevent plants not surviving the shipping.

We ship to almost all countries within the EU. For countries outside the EU, please be so kind to contact us, so we can look into shipping possibilities to your country.

We ship all our orders in cardboard boxes with varying filler materials, and always use thermal bubble wrap to protect your order from both damage and temperature fluctuations.

Then we will send you a new one free of charge, unless this happened because the shipment took too long. So for example, you're not home when your package arrives and it takes you a few days to pick up your package? Then unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement free of charge.

To take advantage of the free replacement it is necessary that you will, within 12 hours of receiving your order, contact us and include a picture of the plant still within its unopened product packaging.

Products that may spoil (like plants) within the statutory cooling-off period cannot be returned or exchanged. You also do not have the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons when purchasing plants. If you feel like the received plant does not meet the quality expectations, you can send an e-mail to contact@theraregreen.com with attached a photo clearly showing the shortcoming. We will then contact you to see if we can offer you a solution. 

Please note: if your plant did not survive the shipment from us to you even though the plant has not been in transit for too long, please check the heading above about dead on arrival plants.

Orders for plants that are in stock can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. To do so please contact us as soon as possible.

You can always cancel pre-orders as long as we have not yet ordered your product from our supplier. If you want to cancel while a product has already been ordered for you, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Because tissue culture plants can only survive for a limited time in the gel in which they are shipped, we unfortunately have to make choices as to which products we do and do not have in regular store stock. If you order a product marked pre-order, this means that we will order your plant especially for you with our next supplier order. If you are lucky this means you are just in time to be included in the next order round, but in most cases it will take 4-8 weeks before we can deliver your plant. We will always let you know approximately when to expect your order and when we have ordered your plant for you. You can always cancel pre-orders as long as we have not yet ordered your product from our supplier. If you want to cancel while a product has already been ordered for you, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
